For oral presentations a windows based laptop computer is available. You can either bring your presentation on a memory stick or use your own computer. If you bring a memory stick, please transfer the presentation before the session starts. If you use your own laptop please check before the session whether the presentation is displayed correctly. The projector has a HDMI connector. For any other connector please bring our own adaptor.
The digital projector allows a format of 16:9. If possible adapt your presentation to this format.


Poster boards are 97cm wide and 116cm high, large enough to accommodate A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation.
Please put up your poster on Monday before noon.
