Besides the invited speakers we can accomodate approx. 60 regular attendees. So please register in time.

Registration for regular participants is done first come first served. Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract and to bring a poster that allows discussion of their own work. Posters will be displayed and discussed in the evenings. Applications that include a poster/abstract will be treated with priority.

The registration fee is 550 EUR and includes accommodation on site (including use of the indoor pool) from August 21 to August 25 and full board. It also includes the excursion and the conference dinner (barbecue) on Wednesday August 24. The only additional costs at the conference are beverages that are bought on site. If you are not staying for four nights the rate will be reduced.

All invited speakers only have to pay for accommodation and will be notified accordingly.

After your registration you will first be notified by e-mail about the acceptance. In a second e-mail you will receive the details of the bank transfer for the conference fee. Please note that advance bank transfer is the only way of payment. Payment on site is not possible!

Because the conference will start on the morning of August 22, we suggest to schedule your arrival for August 21.
